This is not good.
Just when things couldn’t get any worse, 83-year-old Justice Stephen Breyer just announced that he is planning on retiring soon.
While this isn’t a major loss for conservatives since Breyer was a liberal Justice appointed to his seat by former President Bill Clinton, it does cause one major concern.
President Biden now going to be allowed to select Breyer’s replacement and with how far-left he and several Democrats have been, Biden could appoint someone insane to the Supreme Court.
Things got even more interesting earlier today when after a meeting with private sector CEOs, Biden was asked about who he expects to fill Breyer’s Supreme Court seat.
Biden dodged the question by responding, “Every justice has the right and opportunity to decide…announce it on their own. There’s been no announcement from Justice Breyer. Let him make whatever statement he’s going to make. I’ll be happy to talk about it later.”

In the past, President Biden pledged nominate a black woman to the Supreme Court and the mainstream media is already buzzing with potential options. Whoever Biden chooses to nominate is surely to be highly controversial and far-left.
