Trump Bans Who From Entering US?

The Trump team is not playing games.

In a bold stand for American values and accountability, U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio has officially barred former Argentine President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner and her top minister from entering the United States. The reason? Massive government corruption and fraudulent public contracts that robbed the Argentine people of over $1 billion.

Rubio’s announcement comes as the United States steps up efforts to fight foreign corruption, secure our borders, and protect the integrity of our institutions. According to Rubio, Kirchner and her Minister of Planning, Julio Miguel de Vido, used their powerful government roles to run bribery schemes involving major infrastructure projects. Millions of taxpayer dollars were funneled into their own pockets—money that was meant to build Argentina, not bankroll politicians.

“The United States will continue to promote accountability for those who abuse public power for personal gain,” Rubio declared. “These designations reaffirm our commitment to counter global corruption—even at the highest levels of government.”

Convicted for Corruption—Still Denying It

Cristina Kirchner, who led Argentina from 2007 to 2015 and later served as Vice President, was convicted in 2022 for orchestrating a $1 billion fraud scheme. She was sentenced to six years in prison and permanently banned from holding office. A federal appeals court upheld her conviction in 2023. Despite overwhelming evidence, Kirchner continues to deny any wrongdoing.

De Vido, her top ally, was also convicted of abusing his office for personal gain. Now, both are officially banned from entering the United States, along with their immediate family members.

Rubio Calls Out Biden’s Weakness on Corruption

This move follows a 2024 letter led by Rubio and seven other Republican Senators calling out the Biden administration’s failure to take action against Latin American officials involved in corruption. Rubio specifically criticized President Biden for delaying action against Kirchner, despite her convictions for fraud, bribery, and abuse of power.

The letter, backed by Senators Rick Scott, Tim Scott, James Lankford, and others, urged Biden to stop turning a blind eye to foreign corruption and start putting American interests first.

America First: Accountability Over Open Borders

For conservative Americans, especially those over 50 who value law and order, border security, and strong leadership, Rubio’s actions are a powerful reminder of what real diplomacy looks like. At a time when so many in Washington are soft on foreign interference and globalist corruption, Rubio is standing firm.

Holding the Line Against Foreign Influence

Rubio’s decision is more than just a diplomatic move—it’s a message to corrupt elites around the world: America will not be your safe haven.

As global scandals grow and foreign money continues to influence policy, conservative leaders are pushing back. Rubio’s firm stance is a critical step in restoring faith in government, promoting transparency, and putting America first.
