Trump DOJ Cracks Down On Crooked Judge

America’s justice system needs a reboot and President Trump is working on it.

In a bold and long-overdue move, President Trump’s Department of Justice is taking action to restore integrity to the federal judiciary. The DOJ filed a formal misconduct complaint Monday against U.S. District Judge James Boasberg — an Obama appointee accused of making highly inappropriate and politically charged remarks about President Trump.

Attorney General Pam Bondi, standing firmly with President Trump, announced the complaint, revealing that Boasberg made “improper” statements at a March 11 judicial conference — statements aimed at discrediting the Trump administration in front of top federal judges, including Chief Justice John Roberts.

“Judge Boasberg undermined the credibility of our courts by suggesting President Trump would ignore court rulings — a baseless and dangerous claim,” Bondi said in a statement posted to X.

Boasberg Accused of Pushing Anti-Trump Agenda Behind Closed Doors

According to Bondi’s Chief of Staff, Chad Mizelle, the complaint was sent to Chief Judge Sri Srinivasan of the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals. It centers on Judge Boasberg’s claim that President Trump would “trigger a constitutional crisis” by allegedly disregarding federal court orders — an accusation Mizelle says had no basis in fact.

“The Trump administration has always complied with court rulings,” Mizelle wrote. “Judge Boasberg’s remarks were not only wrong — they were reckless and politically motivated.”

Boasberg’s Bias Linked to Trump Immigration Case

Perhaps most disturbing, Judge Boasberg made these comments just days before presiding over a high-stakes immigration case tied to President Trump’s use of the Alien Enemies Act. This law, dating back to the 18th century, allows swift deportation of suspected foreign criminals — including gang members.

Boasberg issued a controversial ruling halting deportation flights to El Salvador — a decision later overturned by the Supreme Court.

“Within days of his anti-Trump remarks, Boasberg began acting on those prejudices in his courtroom,” Mizelle stated. “That’s not justice — that’s judicial activism.”

Bondi Demands Accountability: Remove Boasberg Now

The DOJ is demanding that Judge Boasberg be removed from any ongoing or future cases involving the Trump administration, especially immigration enforcement.

“Boasberg has eroded public trust in the courts,” Bondi said. “His conduct demands a formal investigation and immediate removal from the case.”

President Trump Sounds Off: ‘IMPEACH THIS JUDGE!’

President Trump didn’t hold back. In a March post on Truth Social, he slammed Boasberg as a “radical leftist” and a “grandstander” who is trying to undermine the presidency.

“This judge should be IMPEACHED!!!” Trump declared.

With the DOJ stepping up and calling out clear judicial misconduct, this could be a turning point in the fight to restore trust in America’s courts — and in defending the will of the people.
