Trump is fixing America.
President Donald Trump recently made a bold announcement aimed at strengthening America’s religious foundation. He revealed a three-pronged strategy designed to restore faith in the nation, which includes the creation of a new White House faith office, the establishment of a Religious Liberty Commission, and a task force to address anti-Christian bias within the federal government. These initiatives represent Trump’s commitment to protecting the fundamental right of religious freedom and standing up for Christians who feel increasingly marginalized in today’s society.
In remarks delivered during the second of two national prayer breakfasts at the Washington Hilton in Washington, D.C., President Trump took a strong stance against the Biden administration’s treatment of religious conservatives, particularly those who advocate for pro-life positions. He argued that the federal government’s actions have led to the persecution of believers, something he claimed was unprecedented in American history.
“I’m announcing today that we will be establishing a new Presidential Commission on Religious Liberty,” Trump said. “It will be a major undertaking, dedicated to protecting this vital right.” He went on to emphasize that religious freedom has faced unprecedented threats in recent years, with the persecution of people of faith reaching alarming levels.
As part of this effort, Trump named former Attorney General Pam Bondi to lead a newly formed task force aimed at eradicating anti-Christian bias. “The time has come to end this kind of targeting,” Trump remarked. He expressed confidence that Bondi’s leadership would help dismantle discriminatory practices within government agencies, including the DOJ, IRS, and FBI, and aggressively pursue those responsible for anti-Christian violence and vandalism.
Furthermore, Trump announced the creation of the White House Faith office, led by Pastor Paula White, who he praised as an “incredible” leader in the faith community. This office, he explained, would further solidify the administration’s commitment to defending religious liberties.
Reflecting on his first term, Trump celebrated his administration’s success in rolling back “woke” policies, including limiting transgender participation in women’s sports and eliminating diversity, equity, and inclusion programs in federal agencies. “Woke is gone-zo,” he declared, celebrating the end of a movement that he said undermined the country’s traditional values.
Trump’s vision for America is clear: a nation where religious liberty is upheld, Christian values are respected, and faith is a cornerstone of the country’s future.
