Trump, GOP Accused Of Breaking The Law

Democrats are pushing some insane accusations.

Texas Democrats are fleeing the state to block a Republican-led plan to redraw congressional districts — a move that could give the Lone Star State several new GOP seats in Washington. But critics, including one prominent Democrat strategist, say the Left has no moral high ground in this fight.

Democrats Bolt, Blue States Roll Out the Red Carpet

Instead of staying and debating, Texas Democrats have flown to deep-blue states, where they’re being treated like political celebrities. In some cases, Democrat governors are vowing open retaliation — promising to redraw maps in their own states to push Republicans completely out of office.

Even Democrats Admit the Hypocrisy

On Fox News, Democratic strategist Julian Epstein dropped a political truth bomb: his party has been gerrymandering Republicans out of existence for years.

“They don’t have the moral authority,” Epstein admitted. “Look at Massachusetts, New Jersey, Illinois, and California — Democrats have gerrymandered Republicans right off the map.”

The numbers tell the story. Massachusetts, Connecticut, Vermont, Rhode Island, and Delaware have zero Republicans in their U.S. House delegations. Oregon, Maine, and Maryland offer Republicans just one seat each — regardless of their vote share. In New Jersey, Trump won 46% of the vote in 2024, but Republicans only hold three of the state’s 12 seats.

Texas Republicans Fire Back

Texas State Rep. Brian Harrison (R) blasted Democrats’ “total hypocrisy and faux outrage,” noting that for over a decade, blue states have been “gerrymandering the hell” out of their congressional maps without shame.

“Democrat states have locked Republicans out of Congress completely. Now they’re angry because Republican states are finally fighting back,” Harrison said.

Newsom Threatens ‘Emergency’ Retaliation

California Gov. Gavin Newsom is already plotting his counterattack, announcing a plan to redraw maps to block Republicans in response to Texas’s move. He insists it’s “temporary” and “transparent,” but conservatives see it as a power grab dressed up in PR spin.

The 2026 Battle Lines Are Drawn

With midterms on the horizon, the redistricting war is heating up nationwide. Conservatives warn this could be a turning point in whether America’s elections remain competitive — or whether one party will keep rewriting the rules to cement permanent control.
