The American justice system is more corrupt than ever before.

According to a legal expert who previously served in the Trump administration, it is now believed that Donald Trump may face imprisonment in light of the ongoing investigation concerning his mishandling of classified documents during his presidency.

If the Democrats really go as far as imprisoning Trump it would be an absolute abuse of power especially since President Biden, former V.P. Mike Pence and others were caught with similar documents.

In an exclusive report by CNN, it was revealed that Ty Cobb, a former White House attorney who served from 2017 to 2018, commented on the recent development regarding the National Archives intending to provide records to special counsel Jack Smith. These records reportedly indicate that Donald Trump and his advisors were aware of the appropriate procedure for declassifying documents.

CNN has obtained a letter dated May 16, wherein Debra Steidel Wall, the acting archivist, wrote to the former president, “The 16 records in question all reflect communications involving close presidential advisers, some of them directed to you personally, concerning whether, why, and how you should declassify certain classified records.”

During an interview with CNN on Thursday, Ty Cobb expressed his perspective by stating that he would not feel compelled to further extend the case to establish the Espionage Act aspect. According to Cobb, there exists an abundance of evidence indicating a clear awareness of wrongdoing.

Ty Cobb suggests that in order to substantiate their case, officials simply need to prove that Donald Trump relocated the documents in question during occasions when the Department of Justice (DOJ) either requested them or was physically present. Furthermore, Cobb asserts that Trump and his legal team submitted false affidavits to the Justice Department, claiming that no such documents existed.

Ty Cobb conveyed his opinion, stating that he believed the obstruction case against Donald Trump was strong, describing it as a “tight” case. Furthermore, he expressed his belief that Trump would ultimately face imprisonment in relation to this matter.

Democrats are doing everything in their power to make sure Trump is blocked from the 2024 presidential election. Republican voters need to stand firmly behind Trump.
