President Donald J. Trump has unveiled his latest idea — a Rose Garden “Presidential Wall of Fame” — and it comes with a hilarious jab at Joe Biden. Front and center will be a black-and-white “Biden Autopen” portrait, mocking Biden’s reliance on the device that has sparked a federal investigation.
Trump: “This Will Be Very Controversial”
In an interview with the Daily Caller, Trump shared a mockup of the portrait, saying, “We put up a picture of the autopen. Same picture, but black and white. And I’m not using that one with the smile.”
The 45th president predicted the move will ignite national debate: “This is going to be very controversial.”
Biden’s Autopen Under Investigation
The White House admitted in July that Biden’s heavy reliance on the autopen is being investigated. The National Archives turned over tens of thousands of records connected to Biden’s autopen signatures.
