New Trump Protest Shocks America

Democrats are at it again.

On Labor Day, thousands of anti-Trump protesters took to the streets across America in what activists called a “Workers Over Billionaires” campaign. Backed by the powerful AFL-CIO union machine, the demonstrations were staged in more than 900 cities, from New York and Chicago to Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., and beyond.

The coalition behind the protests, called May Day Strong, organized over 1,000 events and bragged that hundreds of thousands would participate. Their message? That President Donald Trump and America’s business leaders are “stealing from working families” and “destroying democracy.”

Left-Wing Rhetoric Targets Trump

In Chicago, where President Trump has vowed to restore law and order, activists chanted against his plan to use the National Guard to protect neighborhoods ravaged by crime. Out in San Francisco, protesters railed against tech companies like Palantir, which has won major federal contracts as the Trump administration expands investments in artificial intelligence and national security.

Critics argue these rallies have little to do with “workers” and everything to do with partisan attacks on Trump’s second term. Instead of celebrating America’s economic strength, unions and activists chose to politicize Labor Day with anti-capitalist, anti-Trump rhetoric.

White House Fires Back

The Trump administration responded swiftly. White House spokesperson Taylor Rogers set the record straight:

“No one has done more for working men and women than President Trump. American workers are the heart and soul of our economy. That’s why he delivered the largest middle-class tax cuts in U.S. history and helped secure nearly $10 trillion in new investments, creating high-paying American jobs.”

The Bigger Picture

For conservatives, these protests are another reminder of how the left weaponizes organized labor to push a radical agenda. While activists chant about “billionaires,” it is President Trump who has consistently fought for the middle class, rebuilt American industry, cut taxes, and put American workers first.

On a day meant to honor hard work, the left chose protest. President Trump chose results.
