Biden Backs Down

They can’t win against America.

A few months ago, President Biden attempted to get countless workers fired from their jobs for not taking the COVID-19 vaccine. Biden threatened to force federal agencies to fire their employees for refusing the vaccine.

Now, after major blowback from much of America, it appears that President Biden and the White House is now backing down and has decided to encourage federal agencies to provide their employees with education and counseling instead of firing them as their first step.

As a result, these agencies now will need to wait until 2022 before they can fire their employees for vaccine refusal.

According to Fortune, Biden’s vaccine requirement for the 3.5 million plus federal workforce recently came into effect and in a new letter to the heads of these departments, Biden “encouraged” managers to try and educate employees instead of firing them until Jan. 1, 2022.

The Office of Management and Budget said these businesses should hold off on firing their employees until at least January, after the U.S. holiday season.

“We believe this approach is the best one to achieving our goal of getting the federal workforce vaccinated,” the letter stated.

Currently there are roughly 120,000 federal workers who are unvaccinated.
