Here’s what happened…
Recently, a federal appeals court has decided to put a halt to President Biden’s vaccine mandate which forces large businesses to get all of their employees vaccinated or tested on a weekly basis and wear a mask while at work.
This is a big win for Americans who are choosing to not get vaccinated. According to the Washington Examiner, a three-judge panel issued the ruling over the weekend and noted that Biden’s mandate poses “grave statutory and constitutional issues”.
Texas Governor Greg Abbott, who was fighting against Biden’s mandate, recently took to Twitter and alerted Americans that an emergency hearing is expected to take place “soon”.
“We will have our day in court to strike down Biden’s unconstitutional abuse of authority,” Abbott added.
