President Biden and his administration recently released the details of the highly controversial vaccine mandate which requires all U.S. business that have 100 or more employees to be fully vaccinated or tested on a weekly basis.
According to Yahoo, the Biden Administration also surprised some by unveiling a separate mandate which forces all companies that participate in Medicare or Medicaid to make all employees be fully vaccinated with NO alternative weekly testing options.
The first mandate applies to a whopping 84 million working Americans which equals out to two-thirds of the American workforce and all of those employees must be fully vaccinated by January 4th 2022.
If that wasn’t bad enough, any employees who choose to not get vaccinated must submit a weekly negative COVID test to their employers and they must also begin wearing a mask starting December 5th 2021.
All of these rules are expected to be enforced by OSHA (the Labor Department’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration).
Employers who do not comply with President Biden’s mandate will be forced to pay up to $13,653 per violation and fines will reach up to $136,532 for companies who willfully disobey Biden.
