Breaking: Trump Gets Major Deportation Win

This needed to happen.

President Donald Trump just secured a huge victory on immigration, as a federal appeals court ruled his administration can end so-called Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for more than 60,000 migrants from Honduras, Nicaragua, and Nepal.

Court Sides With Trump, Rejects Biden Judge

The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals — typically one of the most liberal courts in America — shocked observers with a unanimous ruling. The three-judge panel overturned a lower court’s attempt to block Trump’s move, effectively restoring his authority to end TPS and revoke work permits.

Judges included appointees from Presidents Clinton, Bush, and Trump, proving this was a bipartisan decision that sided squarely with enforcing immigration law.

Liberal Judge’s Radical Claims Overturned

The ruling directly tossed aside a fiery opinion from Biden-appointed Judge Trina Thompson, who bizarrely compared Trump’s immigration policies to the slave trade. She even accused Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem of being motivated by “racial animus.”

That rhetoric didn’t hold up. The appeals court rejected her arguments in just two pages — a clear sign that Trump’s policy stands on solid legal ground.

TPS Was Never Meant to Be Permanent

TPS was created as a short-term response to natural disasters — Hurricane Mitch in 1998 and Nepal’s 2015 earthquake. But Democrats quietly turned it into a backdoor amnesty program, allowing tens of thousands to remain in the U.S. for decades.

Secretary Noem has emphasized: “Temporary Protected Status was designed to be just that — temporary.” Earlier this year, she announced that protections would be revoked, even offering free flights and a $1,000 “exit bonus” for migrants willing to self-deport.

America First: Trump Delivers Again

With this ruling, about 51,000 Hondurans, 7,200 Nepalis, and 2,900 Nicaraguans will finally see TPS protections end. For millions of Americans concerned about border security, jobs, and law and order, this represents a decisive victory.

President Trump campaigned on securing the border, restoring sovereignty, and putting American families first. This latest win proves once again that he is delivering on that promise — despite fierce opposition from liberal judges and open-borders Democrats.
