You won’t believe what happened.
In a shocking new allegation, former President Donald Trump’s former White House chief of staff John Kelly is claimed to have now questioned Trump’s “manhood” during the January 6th Capitol protest.
According to Yahoo, in a new book from Jonathan Karl called “Betrayal,” John Kelly made a phone call as the protest was happening and Kelly is alleged to have said, “If he was a real man, he would go down to the Capitol and tell them to stop.”
The book further alleges that Kelly believed the riot which took place at the Capitol was enough to invoke the 25th Amendment and forcibly remove Trump from Presidency.
“If I was still there, I would call the cabinet and start talking about the Twenty-Fifth Amendment,” Kelly reportedly told Karl.
The 25th Amendment allows the Vice President and a members of the president’s cabinet to remove the sitting president from his duties.
John Kelly served under Trump from mid-2017 to early 2019.
