Democrat Governor Flips On Party, Reveals Truth

This was extremely unexpected!

Andrew Cuomo, a former Democratic governor of New York, expressed disapproval towards Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s emphasis on the possibility of prosecuting ex-President Donald Trump, insinuating that the decision may be influenced by political factors.

It’s insane to see Cuomo tell the truth for once in his life, but it’s important to remember he was booted from the Democrat Party after assault allegations came out about him and now he has nothing to lose so he may be able to speak freely.

In transcript provided by Fox, “I don’t understand why Bragg is putting such emphasis on this case,” Cuomo confessed.

“A person breaks the law I get it, but on the state side this is a misdemeanor case. It’s really a federal case because he needs it to be a campaign finance fraud case which is a federal case and that’s what Bragg is going to have to do to get a felony out of this,” Cuomo said.

According to Cuomo, the public tends to be skeptical, and the prosecution of politically-charged cases only reinforces this cynicism. He stated that such cases only serve to affirm everyone’s pre-existing skepticism.

Cuomo then confessed even more and said, “I think it’s all politics and that’s what I think the people of this country are saying. It just feeds that anger and that cynicism and the partisanship. It’s a coincidence that Bragg goes after Trump and Tish James goes after Trump and Georgia goes after Trump? That’s all a coincidence? I think it feeds the cynicism and that’s the cancer in our body politic right now.”

Although Cuomo hinted at Bragg’s motives, he still anticipates that an indictment will be issued next week. He also referenced the common saying that district attorneys have the power to indict even a ham sandwich if they choose to do so.

“I’m sure they’ll get an indictment,” Cuomo added.

Republicans have heavily criticized Bragg for his pursuit of an indictment against Trump related to the purported “hush money” payments to adult film actress Stormy Daniels in 2016. Some legal professionals have deemed this case to be weak and driven by political motives.
