Democrats Tell Biden To Quit

Bye bye Joe!

It now appears that more and more Democrats are coming out and saying that President Biden needs to step down and not run for re-election in 2024! What’s even more troubling for Democrats is that they don’t know if Biden announcing just a one term presidency will help or hurt them in the midterms.

According to the Washington Examiner, Democrat Rep. Dean Phillips was the first member of Congress to openly admit that Biden should step down.

“No. The country would be well served by a new generation of compelling, well-prepared, dynamic Democrats who step up,” Rep. Phillips said.

“It’s time for a generational change,” he continued. “Most of my colleagues agree with that.”

Since Phillips comments went viral, several other Democrats have come and supported the idea of Biden stepping down.

Democratic strategist Stefan Hankin however felt differently and said, “What voters are sitting on the sidelines being like, ‘Well, I’m not going to vote in 2022 because I don’t like Biden,’ but then would vote because Biden said he was going to only be a one-term president?”

Hankin then somewhat agreed with Rep. Phillips said and explained, “That aside, look, Biden does not represent any kind of change or move to that ‘bridge’ that he was talking about. A younger, fresh face at the top of the ticket versus just a boring old white dude.”

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer on the other hand has said clearly that he will support President Biden.
