Federal Judge Calls Trump Guilty

The witch hunt continues.

In another blow to former President Donald Trump, a federal judge who was appointed by former Democrat President Bill Clinton out of California is claiming that Trump is “more likely than not” guilty of obstructing Congress after the 2020 presidential election.

The judge is claiming that Trump obstructed Congress when he tried to contest the certification of the 2020 Electoral College votes by causing the January 6th Capitol riot.

According to Newsmax, U.S. District Court Judge David Carter ruled, “Based on the evidence, the court finds it more likely than not that President Trump corruptly attempted to obstruct the Joint Session of Congress on Jan. 6, 2021.”

Judge Carter’s ruling came after the court reviewed 101 personal emails from attorney John Eastman that was collected by the Jan 6th Select Committee.

“Based on these repeated meetings and statements, the evidence shows that an agreement to enact the electoral count plan likely existed between President Trump and Dr. Eastman,” the judge added.

The ruling further noted, “Dr. Eastman and President Trump launched a campaign to overturn a democratic election, an action unprecedented in American history. Their campaign was not confined to the ivory tower — it was a coup in search of a legal theory. The plan spurred violent attacks on the seat of our nation’s government, led to the deaths of several law enforcement officers, and deepened public distrust in our political process.”

Democrats are working in unison to prevent Donald Trump from running again in 2024 because they most likely know that he will beat Biden or whoever else they can replace him with.
