Why is Fox News constantly trying to humiliate Trump? They clearly did this on purpose!
During a recent press conference at his New Jersey golf course, Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump highlighted his concerns about the potential economic fallout if Vice President Kamala Harris were to be elected in November. Trump painted a dire picture of the economy, suggesting that Harris’s presidency could trigger a stock market collapse comparable to the Great Depression of 1929.
However, Trump’s warnings were undermined by an ironic display on Fox News. As Trump delivered his speech, a Fox News ticker at the bottom of the screen showed a significant rise in the Dow Jones Industrial Average. That day, the market had surged by 554.67 points, reflecting a 1.4% increase, which directly contradicted Trump’s gloomy predictions.

Trump’s press conference was marked by several other controversial statements. He made a claim that “substantially more than” 100% of net job growth in the past year had gone to migrants, a figure that defies logical and statistical analysis. Additionally, Trump criticized wind energy—one of his frequent targets—and accused Harris of having “a very strong communist lean.”
The setting of the press conference featured an assortment of props, including a sizable collection of grocery items and a small blue dollhouse, placed beside his podium. Despite the visual elements intended to emphasize issues like food inflation, Trump’s speech largely veered into contentious areas such as immigration policy, the 2020 election, and personal criticisms of Harris. His focus on these divisive topics overshadowed the economic issues he initially set out to address.
