Marjorie Taylor Greene isn’t happy with Trump.
Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, once a staunch ally of President Donald Trump and the MAGA movement, is now calling out the Republican establishment for abandoning the very voters who made the party great.
In a bombshell interview with the Daily Mail, the Georgia congresswoman sounded off on what she says is a disturbing shift inside the GOP—away from America First and back to the failed neocon policies of the past.
“I don’t know if the Republican Party is leaving me, or if I’m just not connecting with it anymore,” Greene said. “But I do know this—the party has turned its back on working-class Americans.”
While Greene continues to support Trump personally, she didn’t hold back her frustrations with GOP leadership, accusing them of selling out the conservative base. She specifically called out Speaker Mike Johnson for pushing through a $61 billion foreign aid package to Ukraine, despite rising economic concerns here at home.
“I’m not afraid of Mike Johnson,” she declared. “He’s not listening to the American people. We were promised America First. Instead, we’re getting Ukraine first.”
🚨 Internal GOP Tensions Explode
Greene also ripped into House leaders for failing to support strong conservative women, particularly Rep. Elise Stefanik. She blamed top Republicans and Trump’s White House advisors for rescinding Stefanik’s nomination to the United Nations.
“Elise was completely thrown under the bus—by Mike Johnson and the people working in the White House,” Greene said. “This isn’t on President Trump directly. The blame lies with the advisors around him.”
Adding to the drama, Greene questioned why Rep. Mike Waltz was nominated after “Signalgate,” while Stefanik was sidelined. Her remarks are sure to spark debate within the MAGA movement.
❌ Promises Broken: Where Is the Accountability?
Greene expressed outrage that the GOP hasn’t delivered on key promises, including deficit reduction and the creation of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), a proposed initiative to slash wasteful spending.
“What happened to cutting the deficit? What happened to DOGE?” she asked. “I don’t know what the hell happened to this party. But I don’t want any part of it if this is where it’s headed.”
Her comments strike a nerve with millions of conservative voters who feel abandoned by a party that once promised to fight for them, not foreign interests.
