Trump and his team aren’t playing games with this insane judges.

ICE Director Condemns Ruling as ‘Illogical’

Acting ICE Director Tom Homan sharply criticized an Obama-appointed judge’s move to momentarily block President Donald Trump’s efforts to deport dangerous gang members under the Alien Enemies Act of 1798.

Dangerous Criminal Gangs Allowed Back Into the U.S.

Appearing on Fox News’ Fox & Friends, Homan voiced deep concern over allowing violent gang members from Venezuela’s Tren de Aragua to re-enter the United States. “What sensible person, judge or otherwise, would willingly let Tren de Aragua—a terrorist organization backed by Venezuela’s Maduro regime—into our communities? They traffic deadly fentanyl, harm American citizens, and commit heinous acts like rape and murder,” Homan stated.

Trump’s Strong Action on Border Security

Homan praised President Trump’s decisive use of the wartime Alien Enemies Act, underscoring Trump’s commitment to making America safe again. “President Trump promised strong border control, and he is delivering,” emphasized Homan.

History Supports Trump’s Actions

The Alien Enemies Act historically allowed deportation of foreign nationals from enemy countries without a judicial hearing during wartime. It was previously invoked during the War of 1812, World War I, and World War II. Shortly after Trump used this authority to deport Tren de Aragua members, Chief U.S. District Judge James Boasberg ordered a halt to the deportation of five Venezuelans and demanded their return to the U.S.

Questioning the Judge’s Decision

Homan challenged Judge Boasberg’s decision, highlighting that Trump’s actions were justified and necessary to protect Americans from violent gangs like Tren de Aragua and MS-13.

“This ruling defies common sense,” Homan stated. “Using the Alien Enemies Act is critical to safeguarding American lives. Trump’s action on border security is exactly what voters demanded.”

Deportation Flight Reaches Destination Despite Ruling

Despite the judge’s intervention, the deportation flight had already reached international airspace, successfully landing in El Salvador. Homan celebrated this as “a victory for national security,” calling Trump’s decision “a powerful step forward against illegal immigration and violent crime.”
