AOC Attacks Trump’s “America First” Immigration Plan
Radical-left Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is lashing out at President Donald Trump’s powerful new immigration bill—a sweeping initiative designed to defend America’s borders, protect working-class families, and end the crisis of illegal immigration once and for all.
The legislation includes a historic $170 billion investment in border enforcement. That includes $45 billion for new detention facilities, $30 billion to expand ICE, and nearly $50 billion to complete the long-promised southern border wall—a cornerstone of Trump’s America First agenda.
“Bigger Than the FBI?” AOC Sounds the Alarm
After the bill passed in the House on Thursday, Ocasio-Cortez took to the fringe left-wing platform Bluesky to spread panic.
“I don’t think people realize the scale of what’s just been approved for ICE,” she posted, arguing that the funding boost is far more than a routine budget increase. She described it as a massive expansion that could make ICE more powerful than the FBI, DEA, and other major federal agencies combined.
She went further, adding, “People are disappearing,” echoing the kind of anti-law enforcement rhetoric that has become all too common among the far-left.
White House Fires Back: “This Is a Game-Changer”
Trump officials are pushing back hard. White House Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy Stephen Miller told Fox News the bill represents “the most aggressive, comprehensive border security plan in U.S. history.”
“This law gives us the tools to deport millions of illegal aliens who have broken our laws and endangered American lives,” Miller said. “To oppose this bill is to support the invasion.”
