Here’s who is really ahead…

As of right now, there is a lot speculation about who will be the next president of the United States in 2024 and at the moment there are three big names: President Joe Biden, former President Donald J. Trump and Florida Governor Ron DeSantis.

This raises the question, of these three men who is currently ahead of the pack?

According to Newsmax, a new Harvard-Harris Poll, which was just released, has found that not only is former President Donald Trump leading Republican Ron DeSantis, Trump is also leading President Biden by 3 points.

Trump is leading Gov. DeSantis by 42 points. Trump currently sits at 59% and DeSantis is sitting at 17% support.

Here are the Republican cadidates:

  • Trump 59%
  • DeSantis 17%
  • Mike Pence 9%
  • Nikki Haley 2%
  • Sen. Ted Cruz 1%
  • Mike Pompeo 1%
  • Sen. Tim Scott 1%
  • Sen. Marco Rubio 1%
  • Someone else 2%
  • Don’t know/unsure 5%

When it comes to the Democrats, President Biden only has 37% support heading into 2024. Vice President Kamala Harris has 13% support and Democrat Hillary Clinton has 7% support. Other Democrats included were Pete Buttigieg and Stacey Abrams.

What’s more interesting is that when former President Donald Trump and President Biden go head to head Trump is in the lead by 3 points. In this new poll, Trump gained 45% and President Biden had 42%.

What’s really bad for Democrats is that 67% of voters didn’t think it was a good idea for President Biden to run again in 2024.

So as of right now, the second best option that Democrats have other than President Biden is Vice President Kamala Harris and she only received 13% support from American voters. Things are not looking good for Democrats right now.
