Here’s what the GOP had to say…

Fox News recently traveled down to the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) how in Dallas, Texas, and asked attendees one question, “Who do you want at the top of the Republican White House ticket in 2024?”

Former President Donald Trump has hinted at running again in 2024 and likely will.

According to Fox, a number of conservatives appeared to endorse Trump once again over Florida Governor Ron DeSantis however DeSantis is not far behind Trump.

Republican voters overwhelmingly still stand with Trump and have expressed that if things don’t work out for Trump legally thanks to the Democrats and the Jan 6th Committee then Ron DeSantis is their clear 2nd option.

“Trump, period, end of conversation,” one CPAC attendee told Fox.

One voter surprised everyone and said he would prefer to see a woman such as former Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley or South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem.

“Trump, DeSantis, [Ted] Cruz—I would take any of them,” another CPAC attendee said.

What is interesting is that several other attendees wanted to see Trump and DeSantis running together as president and vice president more than anything. Then DeSantis run again after he finishes his vice presidency with Trump.

Other top Republicans that CPAC attendees wanted were e Sen. Josh Hawley, R-Mo., Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin, R., and former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo.
