Trump isn’t playing around.
Former President Donald Trump doubled down on President Biden and admitted that his decision to pull out of Afghanistan with very little planning and foresight was “the single most embarrassing moment in the history of our country”.
According to Fox, Trump told conservative pundit Mark Levin, “I think it’s the most embarrassing and humiliating period in the history of our country.”
Trump then said, “I was all set up to withdraw with dignity and tremendous strength. Nobody was going to be killed. We weren’t leaving $85 billion behind; we weren’t leaving 10 cents behind. I said, ‘Every bolt, every screw, every nail comes out.’”
Trump then expressed frustration with Biden and said that he has never seen anything so terrible happen and “nobody” talks about the soldiers harmed in the Kabul bombing.
Trump then talked about how he met with the 13 families of the soldiers who were killed in action and how they couldn’t believe what happened under Biden’s leadership.
Former President Trump then shifted his focus to current events and talked about how inflation is “eating” middle class Americans alive.
Currently, President Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris’ approval rating is shockingly low. There is rumors of tension between the two and economist have warned that Biden’s Build Back Better plan will be horrible for the future of this country.
