The American people need answers.
In an exclusive interview with the New York Post, President Donald Trump revealed that he has instructed the Secret Service to provide him with all available information regarding two recent assassination attempts on his life. Trump expressed his deep concern over the incidents, stating, “I want to know everything about these two individuals. Why did one have six cellphones, and why did the other use foreign apps?”
The president raised questions about the lack of transparency from the Secret Service, claiming that vital details about the attacks had been withheld due to President Biden’s administration. “I’m entitled to know the truth. They’ve kept this information from me long enough,” Trump added. “No more excuses.”
The first incident occurred on July 13 in Butler, Pennsylvania, when 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks opened fire on Trump during an outdoor campaign rally. The Secret Service swiftly responded, fatally shooting Crooks after he shot and killed a rally attendee and injured two others. The second attempt took place in September when 59-year-old Ryan Routh allegedly waited for over 12 hours with a rifle on the outskirts of Trump’s golf course in Florida. The Secret Service agent on duty spotted Routh pointing a rifle through a fence and fired at him. Routh fled but was captured that day and remains in federal custody.
Routh faces multiple charges, including attempted assassination and assault on a federal officer, with his trial scheduled for September 2025. Upon his arrest, authorities reportedly discovered six cellphones in his car. Further investigation revealed that Crooks had encrypted messaging apps tied to international platforms based in countries like Belgium, New Zealand, and Germany, raising questions about foreign involvement.
The incidents have sparked outrage among Trump supporters, who demand answers about these dangerous plots and the lack of full disclosure surrounding the attempts on the president’s life. With rising concerns about national security, it’s clear that more transparency is needed to fully understand the scope of these attacks.
