He accused Musk of trying to implement a radical agenda without regard for the country’s longstanding traditions and values.
Bannon has long been a vocal advocate for the American people, frequently using his “War Room” podcast to take aim at the political elites who he believes undermine the core principles of the nation. His criticisms of Musk have grown sharper, especially as the tech billionaire has aligned himself more closely with President Trump. Bannon has cautioned Trump’s supporters to be wary of Musk’s motives, arguing that there is a deep divide between the vision of real patriots backing Trump and the interests of billionaires like Musk.
Bannon’s position is clear: He believes that figures like Musk, Mark Zuckerberg, and other tech moguls are more interested in furthering their own influence than in supporting the America First movement. He recently expressed this sentiment on his podcast, declaring that “we will break these guys” as he continues to challenge the growing influence of tech elites.
While President Trump has defended Musk and his endeavors, particularly in relation to Musk’s role in government efficiency reforms, Bannon remains skeptical. The former president and Musk both contend that media outlets and Democrats are attempting to create a rift between them, but Bannon warns that Musk’s ambitions could be harmful to the larger populist movement and the traditional American values that Trump supporters cherish.
