Republicans Endorse Crockett?

She wishes.

Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX), a progressive firebrand from Texas, is once again making waves—this time by claiming that Republicans “like her” and that President Donald Trump targets her because of it.

Crockett, who has gained notoriety for her confrontational style, appeared on CNN’s Jim Acosta Show this week. During the interview, she addressed Trump’s recent criticisms, including when he called her “low IQ” in April—a label she tried to flip by publicly challenging Trump to take an IQ test.

But Crockett insists Trump’s attacks are not random.

“I think he’s looking at the polls,” she said. “Republicans come up to me and say, ‘I like you. I think you’re fighting for the people—even if I don’t agree with your methods.’”

That bold claim is raising eyebrows.

Crockett argues that her so-called “bipartisan appeal” makes her a threat to Trump. But her past behavior tells a different story.

Last year, Crockett sparred with Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) in a heated congressional hearing that devolved into personal insults. She also mocked Texas Governor Greg Abbott, referring to him as “Hot Wheels”—a name widely criticized as mocking his disability, despite her later denials.

Yet Crockett is positioning herself as a rising star on the far left. She claims Americans beyond the Democratic base are listening to her message. Even radical activist David Hogg, a vocal gun control advocate and vice chair of the Democratic National Committee, praised her as the kind of “leader” Democrats should support.

“What scares them,” Crockett added, “is that it’s not just liberals or Black folks who are hearing me. Even some non-Democrats are tuning in.”

What It Really Means for Conservatives

Crockett’s claims may appeal to progressive media outlets, but many older Americans see her as another voice pushing the country further left. Her public feuds, inflammatory language, and alignment with fringe activists reveal the true face of today’s radical Democratic Party.

For voters over 50 who value respect, tradition, and conservative principles, Crockett’s brand of politics is a reminder of why President Trump’s leadership continues to resonate across the heartland.
