Trump Endorsed For Official 3rd Term

This needs to happen!

Could a third term for President Trump be what America needs to restore law and order? One Republican thinks so—and millions of Americans are listening.

Rep. Andy Ogles (R-TN) is renewing his call for a constitutional amendment that would allow President Donald J. Trump to serve a third term. His reason? Out-of-control judicial activism that’s weakening America’s economy, security, and sovereignty.

On Fox Business Network, Ogles told Maria Bartiromo that President Trump must be allowed to return for a third term—not just to finish what he started, but to “reset the courts” and stop activist judges from derailing the conservative movement.

“Enough is enough,” Ogles said. “These unelected judges are blocking common-sense policies that protect American jobs and national security.”

Court Blocks Trump’s Tariffs – But Why?

Ogles was referring to a stunning court decision on Wednesday. The U.S. Court of International Trade ruled against Trump’s newly announced global tariffs—tariffs designed to protect American manufacturing and rebuild domestic industry.

The three-judge panel—appointed by Presidents Reagan, Obama, and Trump—claimed the former president exceeded his emergency powers under the 1977 International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA).

But for many conservatives, this wasn’t about legal limits. It was about liberal overreach and activist interference.

“They’re using the courts to block President Trump’s America First policies,” said Ogles. “And we’ve had enough of it.”

Why Conservatives Say Trump Deserves a Third Term

Ogles argues that President Trump has unfinished business—especially when it comes to restoring the integrity of the courts and confronting the deep state bureaucracy that continues to resist conservative reforms.

“We’ve seen it in civil cases, criminal rulings, and now international trade decisions,” Ogles said. “Trump must return to finish the job.”

Back in January, the Tennessee Republican proposed a constitutional amendment that would allow a president to serve three terms—provided they aren’t consecutive. The idea is gaining traction among voters frustrated by judicial interference and attacks on American sovereignty.

White House Fights Back: “This Is a National Emergency”

In response to the ruling, the Trump administration released a strong statement:

“These trade deficits have decimated American communities, weakened our defense base, and left our workers behind. This is a national emergency—and the courts shouldn’t stand in the way of America First.”

The administration has already filed an appeal and may ask the U.S. Supreme Court to block the decision by Friday.

If the court ruling holds, billions in collected tariff revenue could be refunded to foreign corporations, handing global competitors a massive win—and U.S. taxpayers the bill.

What Tariffs Were Blocked?

Here’s what’s now paused due to the court ruling:

  • 10% global tariffs announced April 2 on nearly all U.S. trading partners
  • 25% tariffs on Canadian and Mexican imports
  • 20% tariffs on most Chinese goods

Tariffs on steel, aluminum, and automobiles remain in place, as they fall under separate legal authority.

A Pattern of Legal Attacks Against Trump’s Agenda

The court’s tariff ruling was just one of several major legal setbacks in a single day. Other judges—appointed during the Obama and Biden years—blocked Trump administration efforts to deport illegal immigrants and reinstate strict immigration rules.

“It’s a pattern,” said Ogles. “Activist judges are undermining America’s sovereignty—and Trump is the only one strong enough to stop it.”

Conservative Americans Want Action

Older Americans who lived through the Reagan years and remember what strength on the world stage looks like are now watching history repeat itself. Once again, American greatness is under attack—from within.

Ogles, like many conservatives, says that’s exactly why Trump deserves another term.

“If we don’t fix the courts now, we may lose this country for good,” he warned.

Americans—especially those who’ve seen decades of judicial activism and weak leadership—are increasingly supporting bold reforms that put the Constitution, national security, and American jobs first.
