Washington, D.C. – The Biden family is once again at the center of a growing scandal—this time over explosive allegations that Jill Biden played a key role in hiding the truth about her husband’s declining health while he was still in office.
White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt didn’t mince words on Thursday. Speaking directly to the American people, she accused the former first lady of being “complicit in a cover-up” to protect then-President Joe Biden from public scrutiny.

Republicans are now calling on more than two dozen former senior Biden administration officials to testify before the Senate about what they knew regarding Biden’s physical and cognitive decline.
The Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations, led by Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI), has issued formal invitations to top figures from the Biden era—including former Vice President Kamala Harris, ex-Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg, and former White House Chief of Staff Jeff Zients. Subpoenas may follow if they refuse to cooperate.
Trump Administration Demands Accountability
Fox News’ Peter Doocy raised the stakes by asking whether President Trump wants Jill Biden herself to testify.
Leavitt responded:
“Absolutely. Jill Biden should be answering questions. The American people were misled about the health of their Commander-in-Chief. That deception is dangerous.”
She also blasted the Bidens for continuing to deny the obvious during their recent appearance on ABC’s The View.
“She’s still lying,” Leavitt said. “It’s insulting, and she needs to be held accountable.”

Fueling the fire, Biden’s office recently confirmed that the former president has been diagnosed with aggressive prostate cancer that has spread to his bones. The announcement followed weeks of growing speculation triggered by worsening physical symptoms and behavioral changes caught on camera.
According to a bombshell new book by CNN’s Jake Tapper and Axios’s Alex Thompson, some White House aides were so concerned about Biden’s health that they questioned whether he would need a wheelchair during a second term.
