Biden DOJ Stole What From Trump?

This was a shocking discovery.

The Biden Justice Department is under fire once again after new revelations show that federal prosecutors seized President Donald Trump’s official government cellphone from his first term — and even issued a subpoena for his private call logs.

Former Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi dropped the shocking revelation Tuesday, calling it a “dark and dangerous moment” for the country.

“While reviewing the Arctic Frost investigation, we discovered that Special Counsel Jack Smith had taken possession of President Trump’s official government phone,” Bondi wrote on X. “In other words, the Biden Administration allowed a partisan prosecutor access to a sitting president’s device — something never before seen in our nation’s history.”

Bondi also confirmed that Smith subpoenaed Trump’s personal phone records, targeting his private communications.

“This is the definition of government weaponization,” she added. “We can never again allow this kind of political abuse in the United States of America.”

So far, Bondi hasn’t said which phone company was forced to comply with the subpoena — or whether they resisted — but the implications are deeply troubling. Never before has one administration targeted the private communications of its top political opponent.

Jack Smith, who led the Arctic Frost probe into Trump’s 2020 election challenges, is the same prosecutor behind the classified documents case that many Americans believe was designed to stop Trump’s comeback campaign.

President Trump has long called these investigations “lawfare” — politically driven attacks meant to drain his resources, distract his movement, and silence millions of voters.

Even White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt condemned the revelations, saying it proves how far the Biden DOJ went in its effort to undermine Trump.

“This is more proof of the egregious overreach and political weaponization that defined the previous White House,” Leavitt said. “It was a coordinated effort to destroy President Trump and the America First movement.”

As the details continue to unfold, one thing is clear — the Biden Justice Department’s actions have opened a constitutional Pandora’s box that could haunt future administrations for decades to come.
