This is crazy.
In a shocking turn of events, Trump supporters are now more confused than ever after Democrat super donor and billionaire George Soros shockingly endorsed Florida Governor Ron DeSantis to win the 2024 GOP nomination and called Trump a “pitiful figure.”
Trump supporters have a particular distaste of Soros and find it very strange that he is endorsing DeSantis who appears to stand against all of his political beliefs and ideologies.
According to Newsweek, Soros endorsed DeSantis saying, “My hope for 2024 is that Trump and Governor DeSantis of Florida will slug it out for the Republican nomination. Trump has turned into a pitiful figure, continuing mourning his loss in 2020. Big Republican donors are abandoning him in droves.”
Soros then doubled down on support of DeSantis and said, “DeSantis is shrewd, ruthless and ambitious. He is likely to be [the] Republican candidate. This could induce Trump, whose narcissism has turned into a disease, to run as a third-party candidate. That would lead to a Democratic landslide and force the Republican Party to reform itself.”
Donald Trump announced his 2024 run in November and while Ron DeSantis has not announced his 2024, a lot of political experts including Donald Trump himself believe DeSantis will announce his 2024 run very soon.
Prominent conservatives have raised major issues with Soros endorsing DeSantis and some have even worried that if Soros is defending DeSantis that it cannot be a good sign.

Students for Trump’s Ryan Fournier also raised issue about Soros endorsing DeSantis and said, “George Soros coming out this strong against Trump is another reason why we need to support Donald Trump. Trump is the greatest threat to the Globalists.”
