Trump Stuns Internet With New Obama Photo

Here’s what Trump posted.

President Donald Trump sparked a massive reaction online Sunday after posting a viral image targeting several longtime political opponents, including former President Barack Obama and former FBI Director James Comey.

The image, shared on Trump’s Truth Social account, featured Obama, Comey, and several other political figures edited into a parody of the classic television sitcom The Brady Bunch. In the image, the group appeared in orange prison-style uniforms beneath the title “The Shady Bunch.”

Trump paired the post with a sharp message criticizing what he and many conservatives have described as the political weaponization of government institutions against him and his supporters.

Trump described the group as harmful and accused them of seriously damaging the country through what he called the weaponization of government power.

The post quickly exploded across social media, with supporters praising the president for continuing to confront what many conservatives believe were years of politically motivated investigations, media attacks, and government overreach aimed at undermining his presidency.

The viral meme arrives during renewed controversy surrounding James Comey, who has faced increasing criticism from Trump allies in recent months. Trump’s Department of Justice recently secured another indictment connected to a social media post in which Comey shared an image of seashells arranged to display the numbers “86 47” — a message many Trump supporters viewed as deeply troubling given Trump’s status as the 47th president.

Comey later addressed the situation during an interview with CNN’s Jake Tapper, where he referenced a newly created “anti-weaponization” compensation fund established after Trump dropped a massive lawsuit involving the IRS.

Comey said the fund was designed to provide financial relief to individuals who claim they were unfairly investigated or prosecuted by the Justice Department because of political, personal, or ideological motivations.

His comments immediately triggered backlash from conservatives online, many of whom accused former federal officials of refusing to acknowledge past abuses against Trump and his supporters.

Trump has long used humor, memes, and social media to energize his political base and challenge opponents in ways that dominate online conversation. Over the years, he has repeatedly accused Obama-era officials, intelligence agencies, and federal law enforcement leaders of unfairly targeting conservatives and attempting to interfere with his political movement.

Sunday’s viral post once again demonstrated Trump’s ability to seize attention online and drive national political discussion with a single message.

As the 2028 political landscape continues taking shape, moments like these show that Trump remains one of the most influential and talked-about figures in American politics.
