Another MAGA Patriot steps into a larger leadership role.
South Carolina’s Conservative Roots Under Threat, Says Rep. Nancy Mace
South Carolina Republican Congresswoman Nancy Mace is sounding the alarm—and she may be stepping up to do something about it.
In a bold appearance on Fox News, Mace revealed she’s seriously considering a run for South Carolina governor, citing growing concerns that her “beautiful red state” is drifting into the hands of the woke left.
“I believe I may be forced to run,” Mace declared. “South Carolina has gone woke—and I won’t sit back and watch it happen.”
The once-skeptical Mace has become a fierce defender of President Donald Trump’s America First movement, standing shoulder-to-shoulder with his fight against radical leftist ideology. Her possible run is yet another sign that conservative leaders are pushing back hard against woke culture—especially in red states.
🔥 GOP Primary Heating Up
If Mace enters the race, she’ll face off against other pro-Trump conservatives, including:
- South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson
- Lt. Governor Pamela Evette
- Congressman Ralph Norman, a longtime Trump loyalist
All are expected to campaign on protecting faith, family, freedom, and traditional values—issues that deeply resonate with voters 50 and older.
✅ Trump’s Influence Still Dominates
South Carolina has leaned further right in recent years under Governor Henry McMaster, a steadfast Trump supporter. Under McMaster’s leadership, the Palmetto State has:
- Passed a six-week abortion ban
- Cut off Medicaid funding to Planned Parenthood
- Banned gender surgeries for minors
- Expanded constitutional carry laws
- Rolled back dangerous DEI programs in public institutions
These bold policies have made South Carolina a shining example of true conservative governance.
⚠️ Mace: South Carolina Is “Going Woke”
While Mace didn’t specify which policies have caused her concern, she warned that creeping wokeness in education, culture, and local government is putting the state’s future at risk.
“I can’t sit by and let South Carolina’s conservative legacy be erased,” she said.
Mace added that she’ll make her final decision “in the coming days.”
Why This Matters for Conservatives:
This race could determine whether South Carolina stays true to its God-given, constitutional roots—or slips further into leftist control. With so much at stake, voters are paying close attention.
